The square comes alive as the sun sets with acrobats, dancers, magicians, musicians, storytellers, snake charmers, tooth-pullers and water sellers in coulourful costumes.

Narrow streets leading off Place Jemaa-el-Fna, are filled with colourful mechandise, from Moroccan slippers ‘Babouches’ to carpets, ceramics, jewellery, leather, textiles, spices, and oils.
Open daily from 9am to 8pm. Closed Fridays midday – 4pm

Tamslouht souk is open on Fridays. The souk at the Lake is open on Sundays.

Bring your Yoga mat and practice in any one of our discreet gardens, terraces or courtyards. Daily private tuition can be arranged prior to arrival and subject to availability for an extra charge. Please email for more information.

There are three 27 hole courses in the surrounding area around Marrakech that the Hotel is more than happy to help you play at during your stay. Golf clubs can be hired at the courses themselves.

There are many interesting walks of varying distances that can be taken in every direction from Tigmi. From a walk around and to the ancient Kasbah in Oumnass to the wide open terrain leading towards the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains.

There is a beautiful lake situated in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains about 10-15 minutes drive from Tigmi where you can enjoy a traditional Berber meal in one of the restaurants on the shore. We are happy to make reservations and arrange taxis for you.

The High Atlas offers all level of walkers and hikers the opportunity to see the Morocco’s countryside at is wildest. Tours can be arranged by the Hotel for half and full day trips.

There are local and further afield horseriding opportunities surrounding Tigmi. These cater for all levels of rider.
