Yoga Retreats
There is a pervading sense of serenity which lends itself to Yoga. You are welcome to use Yoga facilities. Yoga mats and other equipment can be found in the Yoga Studio. Many Yoga companies offer all-inclusive and competitively-priced Yoga weeks at TIGMI.
